Reality has set in that he will pretty much impossible to have a college football season. Out of the 130 FBS teams 53 of them have canceled their season. Big 10 commissioner Kevin Warren is also in his first at the helm so he definitely could felt some pressure. So far Neberska and Ohio St have said that they will look at other options to play in fall.
The thing is of course none of the players are paid so it is risky for any of these schools to play if someone gets seriously sick from this virus. Pac 12 also cancels all athletics for the remainder of the 2020 year which now impacts college basketball.
The Ivy League is the only other conference to do this. The ACC and Big 12 are on the fence and the SEC still wants to have a season. It stinks that it had to come to this point but obviously it is understandable.
